How long do most repairs take?
Standard repairs typically have a 3–5 business day turnaround. If specialized parts need to be ordered from overseas, we will notify you of any expected delays immediately after the diagnostic phase.
Is there a fee for diagnostics?
We charge a flat $45 diagnostic fee to cover the technician's time stripping and assessing the tool. This fee is fully credited toward the final repair cost if you choose to proceed.
Do you offer loaner tools?
Yes! For essential equipment, we offer discounted rental rates on equivalent tools while yours is on the bench. Ask our staff about the "Repair-Rental" bundle when you drop off your gear.
